Description

The ICU Trap Door for the ICU Car Camera can be added to your vehicle roof liner right under the ICU Car Camera® to give you ease and fast access to the mounting hardware. If you install a rooftop ICU Car Camera® such as the Blackbird, but you have no dome light under the installation position, then you may need the ICU Trap Door. A trap door or factory dome light can give you quick and easy access your ICU Car Camera® without removing your roof liner. If you decide to try other ICU Car Cameras® such as one of our custom designs, you can change cameras on the fly when you feel like giving your vehicle a different fun look. The Door comes with a lighted ICU Logo(for Blackbird and Vulture ICU Car Cameras made after 7/1/18)

Dimensions: Outer Rim 5″ x 5″, Inside Hole 4″ x 4″, Roof Liner Thickness up to 3/4″

It’s very simple and easy to install a trap door, all you need is a simple cutting tool like a utility knife or razor blade to make a hole in your liner, then install the ICU Trap Door to cover the hole. The ICU Trap Door will cover the hole with it’s rim so you won’t be able to see the cut edge. See the steps below:
